Tessy’s career aspiration was soon clear:” While still a child, I got an insight into hotel management – and, thus, discovered my passion“. And the Swiss had no regrets about her decision to take that way: to this day, she appreciates the versatility ensured by this very special profession. “I’m fond of realizing new ideas, motivating the staff over and over again, and satisfying our guests on a daily basis”. As Resident Manager in her hotel, she uses to think positive: “There is a solution for anything”! She thus uses challenges as opportunities to become even better. This way, her Hotel Adler should also in the future rank among the first venues for authentic Swiss hospitality in Zurich where quality and sustainability go hand in hand. When – seldom enough – not busy in her hotel, Tessy is probably walking the cute hotel dog or using her leisure time for one of her favorite pastimes in Zurich.
