What would Klaus Kuhn have become if not an hotelier? “That’s a good question!“ With the Hotel UHU, the Cologne native made his dream of his own hotel come true – initially intended to be a second leg, it has meanwhile turned into a full-time job. “I am a passionate cook and host,“ comments Kuhn who was previously active, among others, as chef de cuisine at Schlosshotel Lerbach and several other renowned venues. Every morning, his guests can get an idea of his culinary instinct at the refined breakfast buffet: all products are selected and combined with much love for detail. Providing his guests, day by day, with a great hotel experience is a motivation and a challenge at once for the hotelier.
