As director at the Hotel Rathaus Design&Wein, Philipp Temmel can fully contribute his experiences from numerous renowned hotels: From chef de rang to receptionist to junior golf manager or restaurant manager, the hotelier has already held a wide variety of positions and experienced all facets of hotel life. For him, constant development is part of the job. When Philipp Temmel is not working in the hotel himself, he likes to look for new inspiration on hikes and trips.
The hotelier appreciates everything his job involves: contact with a wide variety of people from all over the world, the daily enthusiasm of his guests, the motivation of his employees. And he is fond of implementing new ideas. What helps him is perhaps his favorite quote which he borrowed from Albert Einstein: “Imagination is more important than knowledge because knowledge is limited.”
